hiya all I need some help, I am using the latest version of winavi video convertor on vista but as soon as I click on convert it crashes and will not work again unless I restart my computer. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to cure this, thanks. blink.gif

have you downloaded the xp version or vista version ?

if its xp ver, then im not aware of any way it would work in vista

I have not noticed that they have a vista version. Can only find version 8 which is the latest. it always worked fine on xp but not on vista.
