Javascript change cursor for entire page, same as title

D.I.C Head Joined: 14 Feb, 2008 Posts: 65	The title pretty much explains it all. I want the cursor changed for my visitors on my website to a custom cursor. Can anyone give me the code? And also if anyone knows a good program to convert picture files to .cur files that would also be great! Thanks in advance!
