How to bring label infront of image?

I am using VS 2005, am using a master page. i put a image on it, and i created a label and tried to put in the centre of the image, but the label just flow through it, making it able to see the image only. the label is behind the image.

i just drag the image from the solution explorer into the aspx, making it <IMG> tag. then i use LABEL from TOOLBAR and drag infront of the image, but to NO Avail. Anyone knows what i am trying to say?

Hey every body in dreamingcode is just a piece of shit man. They just give me answer like CSS Z PROPERTY, THOR78 is the worst, he gave a pitiful guy named IceX A HINT?! WTH?! OMG MAN. I THOUGHT THIS WAS TO HELP NOOBIES LIKE US. I been patient for too long man, i been given answer that is not even close to what my problem is.
