database structure

I need to display this
http://img301.imageshack.us/my.php?image=g1copydp0.jpg
then, next page
the iqids are the same with the first page
the only difference is the userid(the one who post) and the cost he posted..

then next page
iqids are the same..
cost
userid3

and so on...

could you please help me??

It really depends on how your database is set up as well. I'm looking at your schema, and wondering why you have several different id fields. Could you explain the database a bit more? You might want to consider splitting the table into different ones and using a JOIN to pull the data you need. Do you have any other tables? Could you explain what each field is? Thanks.

I have other tables, I know the use of JOIN.. Could you please help me solve my problem?? please...
