Starting tomcat with a db2 connection via eclipse

New D.I.C Head Joined: 5 Jun, 2008 Posts: 2	Hello, I'm getting this message when trying to start the tomcat application from eclipse, it says that a connection has been created but it stays there and after a few minutes the conection is closed and tomcat never really starts... PC: Found init-command - Initializing application ... There are 1 active DB2 connections DB2Connection: The static properties are ... DB2Driver=com.ibm.db2.jcc.DB2Driver DB2Path=jdbc:db2: DB2Connection: created Connection for [user] in region [region] maybe I should post more information... if anyone can help me, let me know thanks!!

New D.I.C Head Joined: 5 Jun, 2008 Posts: 2	Hello! I dug a bit more into the problem and during the debugging of the "start tomcat" process found that when trying to instantiate a cursor the process dies, it doesn't give me any kind of message, it just stays there. Before geting to this point the connection to the data base is created ok, but it seems that this is the first access that is made and there is where it fails. I'm connecting to the database through Serena Changeman Client I can't determine if I'm having a client configuration problem or it's something else that is missing
