Simple Home Accounts Program

Hello Crap for Brains Joined: 5 Jun, 2008 Posts: 912 Thanked: 5 times Dream Kudos: 50 My Contributions	I'm making a simple Home Accounts program and this is a preview: (Sorry about the poor image quality). It'll just add up everything in specified boxs and display the totals and sub totals in others. I was wundering if there is a better way of doing this and if there is explaining it to me because I hope to keep on expanding on this and to someday make good accounting software.

D.I.C Lover Joined: 6 Mar, 2008 Posts: 3,587 Thanked: 233 times Dream Kudos: 75 My Contributions	Cute... may be you shall put your central JPanel into a JScrollPane so you can scroll (horizontaly) for the different monts of the year I don't see whay you need a "Calculate" button, just add a listener to all your JTextField (or JFormattedTextFiled) and do the recalculate automatically like Excel does.
