I ran phpinfo() and found no sign of it? That mean I'm not using it;)

ISAPI wouldn't show up in phpinfo() since it's an Apache Module.... Would it?

I suppose your right. But then that's why I was asking? I don't know. PHP Info has this section: (Apache 2.0 Additional Modules Environment) --> Could have been listed there no? Probably not. Any ideas or hints on how I might find out?
