My Contributions
I am just starting to use C++ and i have downloaded the Visual studios 2005 express edition only to find that it doesn't include the Windows.h header file is there any ways to download this for free and if so where ?

Ok I think that I have sorted it I just needed the Platform SDK.

Edit: Yes I have managed to sort it now I was using visual studio 2005 (Which does not include the windows.h file) instead of 08.
