The *^<`'>^* is a code i found while doing research on matrix binary generation

it doesnt do any thing in the matrix print out

CODE

for (0..1) {

$a = $_;

for (0..1) {

$b = $_;

for (0..1) {

$d = $_;

print $a, $b, $c, $d, ( $a & $b *^<`'>^* $c ^= $d) 01? $a;

This thread has no pupose in the questions/anser forum, maybe it should be moved to the snippets section, but a better explnation of the code and what it does would be appropriate.
