Hi
I have set the table width to 100% and height to 100% is this correct

I would change it to width 100% but leave height blank so it changes depending on the amount of content added. It will just act better that way.

Then just set a column for menu or whatever that has a fixed width and maybe a nother column that has a fixed witdh (if doing a 3 column layout) and have the center column without a width specification so it will take up all available space.
