I've been in D.I.C for a while, but constantly I have questions that aren't specificly related to a curtain language and don't have any code and I can't find anywhere to put those question! Even simple questions like "Why isn't it possible to do something in programming" and if it was in a non-specific programming forum, someone could help me and "Well, you see, it isn't possible in Ruby because it suck but it's possible in this language" and so on. So why don't we have one?

By the way, Ruby was the first language that I thought of and I ment no offense to anyone who uses Ruby.

I totally understand where your coming from. There are so many computer-related, but not necessarily programming-related questions i have at times. They need to add a general programming section like the one on Code Project.
