While agree that sometimes people just need a little help getting started, the post does have a title of "c program code for..." which indicates that the poster is asking for code. Thus the rules post is warranted.

What is a "car park" program? I sort of assume it is to control where cars park in a parking lot keeping track of what spaces are open or not, but thats just a guess.
