I'm looking for someone to make a logo for the game engine I'm working on.

Here's the webpage, and there's a forum thread floating around somewhere on it.

I'm not offering any money but I'll certainly give credit where credit is due. icon_up.gif

Even if you just have a few ideas, I'd be interested to see them. "Professional quality" isn't really that much of a concern. If you've got a good hand and you can draw or sketch something and then scan it in or take a picture of it or something, I'm sure I could trace over it in a vector art program.

Anything in particular you're looking for in terms of the logo? For a jumping point if you will, or would you rather just somebody go nuts and see what they come up with?

Here si a simple oe that you can have. The background blue color is oe3966 if you want to get rid of it.

I kind of like that logo, but I'm not sure about the proportions between the dagger and the text.

Haha thanks. I'm actually not so much concerned about the blue as I am the purple and green. smile.gif

May I inquire as to how you made the 3d text though? I was kind of thinking about doing a 3d logo, so that I could put together some kind of intro with it.

I use Blender 3D ( blender.org ) Ya, the colors were just what I decided to randomly choose at the time...

Ahhhhh Blender is a great program. icon_up.gif

I need to pickup a USB numpad, really stinks trying to use Blender on a laptop without one.

I know exactly what you mean. I am actually thinking aboutdoing that myself. It is so much easier to rotate the cammera when you can to it in the ~15 degree rotations instead of click+hold mouse wheel and hope things work out... They should make it so you can customize some of the controls, maybe they already hav and I am jsut too stupid to figure out how to do it... Hopefully not the ladder...

How about an animated one? I can change the timing (how fast it goes, how long it pauses, etc) or other things if you like.
Let's see if this shows up:
