Hi everyone, i am working in a domain computer. I want to connect to the Sql server 2005 in the server. So how can i do it. Can i know the steps to connect to the Sql server 2005 in the server.

Where is the SQL server located?

Do you have authorization to access the SQL server?

hi,

i have sql server 2005 on the server in my company. i dont have anything installed on my domain computer. can i access the sql server 2005 in the server from my domain computer using any port no or so( like in oracle). or do i need to install sql server 2005 in my domain computer too.
