Hello everyone,

Well i'm a real novice but i was wondering if an online casino owner can have his own "ACH" cash out ? what i mean is : can he not depend on a virtual bank like moneybookers or neteller for example , and cash out directly on his bank account?

I'm sorry if this can be a little bit not connected with programming :S

I suppose so since ACH stands for automated clearing house. Logic concludes that since we can auto deduct from such accounts already like in debit transactions, then yes. However, I do not know if there is a federal or state law forbidding such a transaction or business model.
