is it possible to create a database using the sql of ms access? you know like db2 wherein I can type sql statements to create a database...

If I am not wrong you can't create a new database in MS Access using the sql like we do in SQL Server (CREATE DATABASE). (Correct me if I am wrong.)

You can create a new MS Access database using ADOX (Microsoft ADO Ext. 2.7 for DDL and Security) from a programming language. See a Vb.Net sample code below.
