Hi, all

I'd bought RF Link - 4800bps - 434 MHz for my school project and having trouble in setting up the code. The KLP Walkthrough Tutorial uses Pic Basic Pro to program the chip but I'm using MPLAB ICD to program p18f4250. Therefore I couldn't directly uses the code and it is not in C language. Is there any other resource that you could recommend to me for help ?

and having trouble in setting up the code.

What OS is this for? In Linux you can open the com ports like files & read & write to the file pointer.

My project is wireless transmission. I had bought this Tx and Rx and the codes given in the datasheet didn't help much as we're using different compiler. we're planning to program microcontroller P18f4520 to set data and transmit it to the Transmitter data in. The receiver should receive the data wirelessly and activate a buzzer.

Through research, I get to to know that I have to use USART but I have no idea how to use it.

I will like to apologize if I am giving you trouble as I don't really much understand C programming. Hope you could assist.

Thank you.
