i want to use a small flash video in my page how shall i upload(place it in my page) it

When you publich your SWF file it will allow you to also automatically create a simple HTML file that has everything needed to run the swf in the browser, after you have done that simply copy the object portion out of the auto-html file and place that in your other file wherever you want the swf to appear. Make sure that you have uploaded the swf to the server and placed it in a position so the embed is pointing to it correctly.
