Anyone have experience with Multi-Modem cards?

I'm looking for either vendor information or pros & cons of different hardware setups.

I'm pretty sure this is a stretch, but I'm hoping that someone has used some of this equipment before.

once upon a time in the old days of dial up ISP's I used them but that was some old tech circa 1994 we used Diamond modems so that will tell ya how old my info is.
