Hey, first time post, and i am fairly new to c++ and programming in general.
I have made a simple application yet i can't figure out why a picture (background.bmp) wont show up in the top left corner.
As there are many files, i have attached the whole thing, any help would be appreciated, including ideas of how to write it better.
