Trouble with xPath index() in xForms, Can you fix this broken example from O'reily's xForm Essential

New D.I.C Head Joined: 10 Mar, 2008 Posts: 47 Thanked: 4 times My Contributions	I'm trying to teach myself xForms. My immediate problem is that I can't get the xPath index() function to work. I copied in the code from xForm Essentials but it isn't rendering the way it is supposed to (in both X-Smiles and the xForms FF extension). The example is attached (with minor edits to fix syntax errors).
