Create Calendar w/ a link to submit info on a form, What program would be best to use?

Hi,

I need to create a calendar with class dates with a link for user's to sign up for the class on a form that could be e-mailed to me. This woud reside on our company Intranet Web site.

The tools available to me are Microsoft Office 2007, Publisher and Adobe. I am familiar with building Web pages and writing and reading HTML code. I cannot use an Access datapage because Office 2007 only allows sharing Access databases on Sharepoint. I am getting the runaround on utilizing Sharepoint at my company, so I'm trying to find a different way to do this. I know I can create a form on Adobe, but what program can I use to create the calendar.

I just need a nudge in the right direction.

Any Ideas?

You can create the calendar in pretty much anything (all that is needed is a database and some server-side code for processing). Adobe has a number of products that are made for web dev. I would suggest using Go Live over Dreamweaver any day.
