Hi DIC developers.

I'm currently working on an Excel addin retrieving some data from a web server and setting it up in a sheet in the Excel workbook. The task was given to me by my dad's company and so far I've managed to solve pretty much everything. However the application is based on a sample using Excel 2007 and the company is still running 2003. Is there a simple way to convert the workbook while still keeping the code for importing and formatting the data within the sheet? The application is written in .NET 3.5 in Visual Studio 2008 and the Excel Workbook is simply added to the project itself and has some C# code integrated.
Let me know if you want some more information.

Thanks in advance
Sigurd Suhm

Well in my case it was very easy because the founders of the particular server had a .NET web service set up with a set of pre defined functions used to easily pull data out of the server. Normally you would probably have to establish an SQL connection or similar.

By the way I have solved my initial problem since I originally posted this topic so no worries there.
