can't find the rails main application window

New D.I.C Head Joined: 8 Dec, 2008 Posts: 1	yesterday i installed ruby version 1.86 and rails. as part of the install process the rails main application window was to appear on screen, but it didn't. its the window that has a pinkish colored header on it and has buttons for apache, my sql, and webrick for example, and also a "red" colored letter I in the upper left hand corner, (it is clickable) so if anyone can tell me where to find it i would appreciate it! i hope i don't have to uninstall and reinstall everything again!
