ADO Databinding in VC++2005

I am doing Data binding with Active X control ADODC control. The application was an MFC application in VC++2005. But When i am trying to display the data in Data grid control (Active X control) using ADODC control(Active X Control), it is displaying all the data. But When I am closing that dialog the following message is displaying.

"Windows has triggered a breakpoint in Application.exe
This may be done due to a corruption of the heap, and indicates a bug in the Application.exe or any of the Dlls it has loaded
The Output window may have more diagnostic information"

Kindly help me what is the reason as soon as possible
