First start by creating a new document

Next go to

Filter>Render> Clouds

Followed by

Filter>Render>Different Clouds

Dont be afraid to be a little more creative with your clouds, its always better to go the extra mile

Now lets add some light to our fire, Go to

Filter>Render>Lighting Effects

and in the drop down box go to

Flash Light

and click ok

Now that we have some light lets give it some color. Go to

Filter>Render>Lighting Effects

And in the drop down box select

Blue Omni

I usually just max out everything, but your main goal is to get the blue as bright as you can, again dont be afraid to be a little differnt lol =]

Now press Ctrl + I to inverse the flame and for the final product go to [

Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates

[size=5]When the dialog box opens selct

polar to rectangle and press ok

Now look at your final product
