Collision on ramps....

 

Collision on ramps...., I guess thats what it's called??

In my map, i want to put a ramp in it so the map can have different levels of elevation. My problem is telling the camera to move on the Y axis judging on the spot of the ramp.

Basically what i am asking for is some suggestions on how other people overcame this complication. Currently i have replaced the ramps with "Teleporters"

[edit] In case this helps at all, i am using OpenGL. I know that opengl doesnt offer collision detection, but i dont know if any other 3d libs do.
