I am actually looking for a tutor of the sorts. I will pay 10 an hour for somebody to talk with me either over the phone or messenger and walk me through writing a program.

Write a program that lets users design charts such as the following:

Use appropriate components to ask for the length, label, and color, then apply them when the user clicks an “Add Bar” button.

I have a couple yrs of java courses. But I have not been able to get a grasp on it and I am getting frustrated by this :(

I have google that and I get random software or stuff that is not related to what I need

I have already seen this site. If somebody could walk me through how I can allow users to make the previously mentioned selections then that would be great. I can use one of those codes. I just need to modify it so that users make the choices in a window.

Yea I am pretty sure. I have spent a couple of hours looking for stuff. So yes I have made some effort and have tried. If you have any suggested search phrases then be my guest and mention them.

Well as I have stated, my main problem is not the development of a pie chart itself. I have found hundreds of those on google. My issue is getting it so users can select what goes on in that chart. What colour, what percentage, what label. That stuff.
