Edit External Txt File W/ Flash Form Pls Help!

I have a txt file with variables that are loaded into my movie. I need to be able to edit the txt variables from the flash movie with a form. Is this possible? How? I have to turn this in tomorrow at 7:30am.

All I need to know is the editing part, loading is no problem. Thanks.
