So I have this gaming league, and we usea client side anti-cheat that monitors processes and takes screenshots of them.

Well any hosting package really can fit the bill if it has access through something like FTP or can upload via the web. All you need to make sure of is that you have a host with a lot of space (probably something on several gigs of just free space to store files), lots of bandwidth, and I would also recommend a host with some kind of database like MySQL.

I recommend the database because you can have your anti-cheat program keep track of the files and attach additional information to them. You would insert a record into the database each time a file is uploaded that may list things like the users username, time of the upload, maybe where they are in the game, how long they have been playing etc. Things that could aid you in valuating if they are cheating or not.

But really any host that gives you the ability to upload files can serve your purpose as long as it has enough storage for the files and enough bandwidth. Most webhosts that cost 7-10 USD a month typically have very good amount of storage. One host I use is powweb.com which right now has a sale for 3.88/month for the first year and 7.77/month for each year after that. They offer unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth.
