New D.I.C Head Joined: 16 Feb, 2009 Posts: 45 My Contributions	Well recently I bought a new PC, so I now have 2 desktops and a laptop well i finally networked the printer, problem is, it prints veeeerrrryyyyyy slow I mean SLOW, The computer the printer is hooked up to is running XP my laptop and new PC are running Vista, is this normal or is there ways to possibly speed up the printing? D.I.C Lover Joined: 20 Feb, 2009 Posts: 5,464 Thanked: 75 times Dream Kudos: 1675 My Contributions	You could use a router. I have a vista laptop connected wirelessly to 2 XP comps. and the printer is connected to the XP comp and i use the router to connect the network. It works pretty fast. (from click print to print = max 5 secs) and how slow??

D.I.C Regular Joined: 29 Sep, 2007 Posts: 388 Thanked: 4 times Expert In: PC, Support My Contributions	It is going to be a little slow based on the configuration, atleast slow compared to a printer with built in print server. Under the print drivers, what is the spooling option set to?
