what did you use to make this SkyHawk?
cause i need to make one for GCS, i site i'm workin on with a friend, any tips aswell would be greatly apreciated... GCS link is in my footer

it is just an animated gif you can use many programs to do it. You can even do them in flash.  You could use gifbuilder or image ready or the program that comes with FrontPage 2000 I forgot what it is called.

surprisingly, flash can make very nice gifs.
he probably used photoshop

Actually i asked him the question and it wasnt photshop nor flash.. I forget the name but if i heard it it would come into mind! ah well :/ :) ;)

Nope, I used Image Ready (comes with Photoshop 5.5)

I did the fade just by fading the layer each frame, nothing fancy

yeah Image ready 4 that comes with photoshop 6 is even better.  I love image ready, you can create rollovers, anuimated rollovers, animated gifs, all kinds of stuff it is great working with slices and other powerful things that it can do, check it out.  I made all my images on my site with Photoshop 6 and Image Ready 4, The header on my site was done with Image Ready.
