Alright, Absynthe was reckoning there were 300 million people in the States. Meaning that 1% is 3 million. Meaning that if every person in the US was infected, that would be the rough probability of casualties. However, I disagreed and said the idea of 3 million dying by cause of the entire population being infected was a bit pessimistic.

fort worth, texas (next to dallas) closes all schools. thats 80,000 kids in 150 schools, pretty big closing, and its twice the distance from mexico as austin so i'm pretty much being promised UT shuts down at some point.

@kya sneezing and coughing protection, also maybe the pathogen is too big to infiltrate the mask, not 100% protection but better than nothing.

They've reported that it is measured in nm and can penetrate regular face masks.
