This year, from my browsing sites like Amazon, IGN and Gamespot, will be filled with amazing new games and sequels for a bunch of systems.

So, I thought I'd just start a list of what everyone can't wait to get their hands on.
First off, some games coming out this year (in no particular order):

• Modern Warfare 2
  
• Bioshock 2
  
• Assassins Creed 2

• Mass Effect 2

Forgive me, I know I missed a lot. That's all I could think of off the top of my head

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to Modern Warfare 2. The trailer was extremely cryptic, but it's Infinity Ward, they haven't screwed up a game yet, unlike some other companies *cough*Treyarch*cough*, so I'm hoping this will be even better than COD 4.

What about the rest of you? What game do you absolutely have to own this year?

yes those are all great titles. Im looking forward to modern warfare 2 because COD4 was so good. but im also waiting for SWTOR and HUXLEY ( yep still holding my breath), SWTOR is gonna end WOWs strangle hold over the MMORPG world. and the game i absolutly have to own this year prob Final Fantasy XIII.

I'm really hoping for Half Life 2: Episode 3, but I know it won't happen. Not this year at least

I'd say Modern Warfare 2 (I have CoD4 already), but my laptop can't run it as well as I would like.

the one i'm looking out for the most is Bioshock 2.

I found Bioshock so brilliant, I'm just hoping they can contineu the great story line and atmosphere, that is also why I'm kind of afraid of the multiplayer.

Bayonetta looks amazing, and I'm pretty excited about Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles, as it is set in resi 2 times
