Paint program tutorial

Hello,

Can someone help me find a simple tutorial that show me step by step how to make a paint program in visual basic.
i want to:
- draw lines
- paint circles and rectangles
- change colors
- text
- erase
- and save my painting
- upload an image

Please some help we with this?

i have the same problem bcz it is posible in vb6 but
i don't know how to do it on vb.net
