Have you heard of this kind of offers till now? What do you think about this? I'm asking because I'm really skeptic about making money so "instant"...

It's good to be skeptical. These sites worked a few years ago, but google has put a stop to MFA (made for adsense) sites.

Focus on making good content on your own site. Building relationships with other sites, and getting links to your content. Having your site in your signature here at dream.in.code is a great start.

I am focusing on creating a good content and articles which are intensely searched. And thanks for letting me have my website in signature, although I don't have content in English...Maybe one day I will launch a website in English.

By the way, is it true that websites in English are very easy to be monetized and that there are lots of high paying keywords in English than in other languages? Or this is only a myth because English is an "international" language?

Not sure it's a myth or not, but I think one could conclude that the pool of advertisers who are targeting keywords in English is MUCH greater than in other languages, thus driving up the cost of the auction to show on your site.
