I was wondering if Anyone would Know any "good" Adsense Alternatives (CPM that pays out via PayPal).

What i would be looking for:

Low min Payout
High Earning within a low amount of time
They really do payout
Either CPM or PPC


The thing is i've look at many posts and have not seemed to found any "ok" Adsense alternative websites which fit my critirea.I was hoping if you guys would have any extra knowleadge to share with me about this area,anything apart from the abvious really!
