Could someone help out

could someone recommend a professional web designer that could design a whole Invision Power Board(U) version v1.3 Final forum coded in CSS also including the images images. And how much do you think that would cost?

Only one of us is thinking about it, the other one hates life.

This guy rocks. He is actually the fellow who designed the default skin for IPB 2.0 (maybe others?) and some sites in IPS family, so he is certainly qualified.
There are real good pre-packaged themes for like $35. No idea what he charges for custom work, but he is apparently very professional and I'm sure it would be worth it.

Not sure if he'd be willing to step back into designing for 1.3 but it shouldn't hurt to ask.
hth.

oh yeah thats leihu, i used to talk with him a bit back in the day. he was a decent guy, tended to take things people said about his work VERY seriously though, over reacted quite a few times but his work was always quality and he tried to mix it up from design to design.

He is a pretty decent dude from the limited exposure I've had. I don't know, I kind of liked his stance when people tried to use his copyrighted graphics illegally. If I was churning out that kind of quality work and someone tried to "borrow" them, I'd be pissy too <shrugs> When I came across the occasional post, I used to enjoy reading the hard-assed thrashings he laid on those people. I'm a sadist

Those were always good but it was his inability to share his knowledge or his reaming of people who asked his opinion on their work that always caught me off guard. i do remember when his designs were getting stolen almost daily though, must have driven him insane.
