how to attach an sql server database to a c# setup project

hello

i have to deploy my application with an attached database.I started by doing the backup, then i added this file to my setup project.the problem is how to create a new project (SetupScripts) in order to accomplich my deployments steps,i didnt found such a project type by clicking add new item.

I'm not positive, but I think that the link is just saying to create a new project, and then add a "Installer Class" to the project.
