[edit]Moved to more appropriate forum(twice actually...it's pretty damn early!).[\edit]

As a general rule, we prefer to help people using the forums instead of requests for email...in this manner, everyone can benefit from the help being given. an exception to this would be if you wanted to hire someone to do it, but I didn't see an offer in the original post.

As to your request itself, one cannot write pseudocode for a process without the knowledge of the process, if you see what I mean. Well, I suppose one could, but it may not match what you had in mind for the process. You'd have to provide a description of the recruitment process. From that description, a developer or solutions architect can put together a general pseudocode for the project. From that pseudocode, the project can be divided into logical modules, and more detailed pseudocode can be developed based on the requirements and business rules for each module.

It's sort of like saying, "make me a sandwich" -- is that PB&J or Roast Beef on Rye? Furthermore, if you're really hungry -- go to Subway and buy a sandwich. We help sandwich makers that have specific questions about spreading the mustard or the best way to slice toasted bread. People that design sandwiches. Not just people that are hungry. You wouldn't walk up to a stranger and order them, "make me a sandwich!" Furthermore, you wouldn't walk into a sandwich maker's guild full of strangers and announce that you want one or more of them to send you blueprints for a sandwich in the mail -- right away!

It's a little absurd.

Sounds like a business plan from the mid-90s for a dot-com startup.

Fail to recognize signs of market saturation and stock overvalue, leading to step 7
