I know this can be done from page setup on most browsers, however I'm writing an invoice printing program where they can print out their invoices from the online customer database, I want the invoices to look professional and clean cut, and I could really do without these headers and footers that are auto attached. I surfed the internet for some way to remove them but I found nothing except people directing others to the page setup. However the idea is the software does all the work for them, so I don't want to have to tell them they need to do this on ever computer they want to print invoices from.

I'd also like to be able to change the margins non-client side too. I want the invoice to be perfectly aligned to the 8x5 style index cards they plan to use, and I don't want to waste space on inch 1/2 margins.
