Which adagency is better?

Hi all ,
i started a blog a month ago(http://techfancy.co.cc) and i was successful in running it !!
Now i would like to put some ads on my blog, so which ad agency would you suggest ?? ,my blog is still 1month old so i cant apply it for google adsense ... What are the other trust able ad agencies ???

can any one shed some light on this??

i couldn't find the signup option for advertising.microsoft.com .. can you help me out?

Hmm, they've completely changed the way they do it now, seems their new publisher service (pubCenter)'s in beta... Can sign up for interest here though.
