How did you stumble upon DIC?

I googled "VB 6. project ideas" and martyr2's list came up.

I was hooked.

Well, I was in need for a school project help so I stumbled on an old DIC thread and I started to ask questions and got hooked :)

I don't remember how I found the site, nor do I remember signing up, all I remember is that I wanted a t-shirt for 500 posts!

I think I was looking for help with managed DirectX. Read a few topics but wasn't all that big of an enthusiast. Then a few months ago I became a regular, trying to share my knowledge and experience. I hope I'm doing a good job. :D

Googled programming forums and this came up; i had seen the site turn up for most of my programming-related searches so i figured it would be worth having one place where i could go to ask questions

ApocalypseOrigin. XD He doesn't even go here anymore. I asked on EoFF if anybody could give a n00b some advice on making sprites and he told me about this place. ^___^


And I still have yet to get my tshirt. I don't really care either. I have enough tshirts XD

I went to put my shirt on today, but it smelled like stagnant laundry. So it's washing now & I'll ware it tomorrow.
