Thanks alot skyhawk133 for ur fast help, may I know witch is the best IPB or phpbb ? and how to remove the spam box (publications) at the top of my free board index. I use IPB Thanks again

I'm not sure about the publications box (I don't work with forums a lot), but as for which is better, cyberscribe has wisely pointed out recently that there are several security concerns with phpbb...

As in new security alerts coming in at least once a week. So unless you are prepared to respond to these quickly, I'd stick with a commercial product that is supported. The one I like is vBulletin.
