suggestion: pin some faqs in the site questions forum

We get a lot of common questions: how long until my tutorial is approved? why can't I edit my post? in the site questions forum. Why not start a faq, and pin it?

I can submit it on dreamincode.uservoice if you like :D

Which tutorial are you referring to?
I can't seem to find your submission in the submission queue. Maybe someone has already approved/disapproved it or I might have missed it.

Their not refering to particular tutorial but generally.
They're suggesting a FAQ for Common Site/Forum Problems

I was going to suggest an idea like this. I was thinking of questions like:
  • How long does it take for snippet/tutorial approval?
  • What is DIC++?
  • How come I cannot contact someone (the <10 posts)?
  • Who are the moderators...?

and stuff like that so new members can be sure and sort of feel welcome. This could be pinned in the Introduce Yourself forum where, obviously, new members will go to (most of the time). :)
