What customer management packages are we using now adays? Which ones have we used, & which ones do we prefer?
xrms :
This software fits my needs to an in-house ticking system for a small business. It keeps contacts, events, & offers calendar events.
ZPanel :
Though this software has long since been out of support, I was able to customize it to fit our web hosting requirements, to serve ourselves, & our clients.
Lets get some conversation going about the pros & the cons to the open source packages available out there. I am really interested to hear what others are using.
