CMS / SMS / CRM favorites

Posted 23 June 2009 - 07:33 PM

What customer management packages are we using now adays? Which ones have we used, & which ones do we prefer?

xrms :
This software fits my needs to an in-house ticking system for a small business. It keeps contacts, events, & offers calendar events.

ZPanel :
Though this software has long since been out of support, I was able to customize it to fit our web hosting requirements, to serve ourselves, & our clients.

Lets get some conversation going about the pros & the cons to the open source packages available out there. I am really interested to hear what others are using.

As well, when looking into Open Source solutions, what do you look for? How do you recognize when software can be customized, or just scrapped for something else?

Is This A Good Question/Topic? 0

Not sure it's really a CMS/SMS/CRM, but I used ModernBill which had customer management, billing, help desk/tickets, integration with web hosting, domain registration, etc.

Solid product.
