I am currently majoring in Information Systems with a track in Security. I learn some basics, but don't know where to go from there. For example, I learned some C# in class, but I work in a factory and never used it beyond class. I ordered a book to learn Visual Basic. I want to learn more than what I am learning and do some hands on things. What magazines or books can take my education to the next level? I'm not afraid to learn or to put in the hard work. I just need a place to start.
