Design Document for a problem

Could anyone suggest how to go about the design document?

"If you’re assign to design and develop a Multifaceted Transaction Processor to handle online transaction message; which will include message formats transformation to target host system and vice versa, routing and fate response to requester (ie ISO8583 message format to proprietary message format). Kindly describe the design approach (include languages to be used) you’ll implement to handle such many to many message formats integration/interaction"

Wrong forum. Maybe the Corner Cubicle or the Software Development would be better suited.

Yeah, I'm pretty cool.

I was actually asked to replace Kevin Jonas once he leaves the band.
