COM/ActiveX project in Visual C++

Hello,

Intro :
o I am working on a COM/ActiveX project in Visual C++
o I am using MS Visual Studio 2005.

o I am trying to create a COM/ActiveX object in C++ and calling it from VB.NET
o I am facing run time error - "catastrophic failures".

o I have attached the zipped files of my projects.
o The folders used were D:\Testing\MFC_ActiveX_Test and D:\Testing\MFC_TEST1 respectively.

Why I could not call the C++ library from my VB.NET program?
Please guide me.
