Problem loading Flash site in IE8 once page is refreshed

Guru's, I have a problem. When I first view riversidecounselingservices.com with Internet Explorer 8, everything loads as would be expected.

However, if the page is refreshed, the content will not load and the viewer is stuck looking at the preloader which stays at 0%.

The above mentioned site works perfectly in Firefox, Chrome and Safari. If you have any clue as to why it will not load once the page is refreshed I would love to hear it.

FYI, I'm loading the content with swfobject. I tried both static and dynamic methods. It is currently set to load dynamically.

To clarify the problem, in IE8, anytime the page is refreshed (F5), be it from going to a different url or just hitting the refresh button, the content will not load properly.
